Aven AI is the AI-first engineering and data science division of Kartexa. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and the terms under which you may use our products and services.
2. Information we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number and message you choose to provide. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this page. Some pages embed third-party fonts and icon libraries (Google Fonts, Font Awesome), which may log standard request data such as IP address as part of normal web delivery.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To evaluate partnership, equity and vendor proposals submitted to us.
- To improve our products and this website.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where required to provide a service you've asked for (for example, a payment processor for a paid product) or where required by law.
4. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry or maintain a business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

This site links to independently operated products and sites under the Aven / Kartexa family, as well as external services (LinkedIn, GitHub, WhatsApp, Hugging Face, Amazon). We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we don't operate.
